Following her tweets at Ben Affleck regarding his knowledge of Weinstein‘s actions, Rose McGowan was suspended from Twitter.

Many have taken issues with this since Twitter has gained some renewed popularity with the current U.S. President using the service as a soapbox to insult, belittle and threaten people and countries alike, while McGowan was informing the public of lies and misconduct in Hollywood.

McGowan, who tweeted nothing offensive, turned to Instagram to inform her followers of the suspension.
